Address Book

The address book is a list of all of the contacts in your database. From here, you can call, email, add to your drive map, and much more. If any of the primary action buttons are missing, that means that the corresponding contact does not have that information (e.g. phone number, email address, etc.)

You can search your contacts by first name, last name, phone number, and more using the search bar. Simply type your search and click on the search button.

You can also filter your contacts with the  FILTER button to see those that are tagged as A Leads, or those that are in your Starbucks COI Program.

A variety of actions can be performed on contacts by first selecting them using the checkboxes on the left. Select one or more, or select all using the top check box, and the  Action button will appear. If you click on this button, a dropdown includes a wide selection of options - you can tag them as A Leads or Starbucks Program members, manage their automated email subscriptions, add notes, make them passive, export their information in a variety of convenient formats, and more...
