Shared leads are contacts that have been shared with you by another Harcourts Prime Team Member from their address book.
You can call or email these leads from your dashboard, or add them to your own address book with the ADD button.
If you do not wish to add this contact to your own database, and have finished interacting with their information, you can clear the lead from your dashboard with the CLEAR button.
A Leads are contacts that you expect to do business with in the next 7-10 days. These are contacts that you've added to your database and selected as an A Lead.
The A Leads Panel refreshes each day with everyone in your database that you have selected as an A Lead. The goal is to call your A Leads every day until a contract is completed.
When you have completed a call with an A Lead, and saved that action in the sytem, that A Lead will be removed from the list until the following day. If you wish to clear an A Lead from your list for the day, without making a call completion, you can do so by using the SLEEP button.
Active Follow Ups is a list of follow ups that you have scheduled with your contacts. These will show up on the day that they have been scheduled for, and will remain until you schedule a new follow up for that contact or clear the follow up with the CLEAR button.
Follow Ups with dates displayed in RED are past due. Be sure to keep up with the follow ups that you set.
Contacts with no follow up scheduled are just that - contacts in your database that you have no follow ups scheduled with. The goal is to have something scheduled with everyone in your database.
The purpose is to ensure that you are calling each of your contacts at least once per quarter. If you touch base with a contact, and they have no current need of your services, simply schedule a follow up for 90 days so that you will have a reminder to contact them the following quarter.
