This is a basic email with text.
The Email History list allows you to see all of the emails that you have sent through the system. These can be filtered by name, subject, or date by filling in the inputs at the top of each column.
The Status column indicates the status of a particular email, this will indicate:
Pending - Meaning that the analytics for that email are still in process, or that the email is still in the send queue.
Sent - Meaning that the email has been sent and has been received by the recipient.
Failed - Meaning that the email has failed, this is typically due to a bad email address.
To view details for the sent email, click on the Detail button to the left. This will show you the email address, and associated analytics like Opens, Clicksm and Unsubscribe data as well as the content of the email.
The email templates section allows you to create, view, and edit your email templates. You can also send group emails from this section.
To create a new template, click on the Add New Template button. This will open a window to select the template base that you can then click and selection options.
To interact with your existing templates, there a re a series of action buttons:
You can view a preview of the email template by clicking on the Show Details button. This will open a pop up window that resembles the final email.
You can edit the email template by clicking on the Edit Template button. This will take you to the template editing page.
To delete an email template, click on the Delete Template button.
To send a Group Email using a particular template, click on the Send Email button. This will take you to the group Email page where you can select one or more of your groups to send to.
