Starbucks Quarterly Mailing Program

  Program Overview

The quarterly mailing program allows you to easily send a quarterly greeting card to your top 25 or more contacts with an enclosed Starbucks gift card. When you sign up, you are committing to mail 4 greeting cards (quarterly basis) in a 12 month period, and will be required to provide a credit card (by phone) to our partners at Cards Connect. Pricing schedules are available by clicking on the Pricing Overview button. The greeting card and envelope will be imprinted with your contact information, and sent to your chosen recipients using first-class commemorative postage, with your enclosed Starbucks gift card and any additional add-ons that you have selected.

Deadlines: To ensure that your order goes out in a timely manner, all orders must be completed and sent to Cards Connect, including the Starbucks gift cards themselves, no later than the 10th day of the mailing month.

How to Order:

1 Review your list of Recipients:

  • On the next page you will need to confirm your Starbucks® recipients for this quarter. You can add more from the dropdown list, or remove those on the list by clicking on the delete icon (). Once you have your list finalized, proceed to the next step.

2 Select your Mailing Options:

  • After reviewing and selecting your recipients, you will then select the options that you prefer for your mailing.
  1. First, select which card you would like to use by clicking on the circle next to each image.
  2. Next, choose whether or not to include Contact Labels on each of the Starbucks Cards ($0.10 per card), and your preferred printing volume (120 for $16, 240 for $25, or 510 for $50). Card Connects will keep extras on hand for subsequent orders.
  3. Then choose whether or not you would like to also include your business card in each envelope ($0.10 per envelope). You will then need to select whether you will be delivering business cards to Cards Connect, or would prefer to have them print them in-house and keep them on hand ($60 + tax for 1000).
  4. Next, choose the format for your signature on the card. You can either use a handwriting simulation font at no additional cost, or you can provide a scanned sample of your actual signature which they will hand write inside of each card for a fee of $0.35 per card.
  5. Then, if you would like to use your own verbiage in the cards rather than the default text, you can select the custom verbiage option and add your text to all cards for a flat fee of $10
  6. Finally, click the "Submit Order" button at the bottom of the page. This will send the order to Cards Connect and you will receive an order confirmation via email. Cards connect will contact you for approval.
  7. Please note that there is a small annual fee charged by Cards Connect with this program, initial sign-up is $35 with a $15 annual renewal.

3 Finally, After you have reviewed your list of recipients, made your selections, and submitted your order, you will need to provide gift cards from Starbucks® to Cards Connect

  • You can purchase gift cards from your local Starbucks and then drop them off or mail them to Cards Connect at 24040 Camino del Avion, #A178, Monarch Beach, CA 92629. Alternatively, using the information below you can Sign Up with Starbucks Corporate Sales. You will need to provide enough cards to cover your number of recipients, and you have the option of providing more cards for subsequent mailings and Cards Connect can keep them on hand.
  1. If you haven't already, you can sign up for a business account with Starbucks Corporate Sales: Sign Up. There are no taxes or postage fees.
  2. Once you've set up your account, click on "Shop all Card Products" and click on the card style you would like to use. From there, you will choose the quantity (your number of recipients). Choose USD currency, and select your per card value ($5) then click "continue".
  3. Next, select "No carrier" and click "continue".
  4. For the delivery address, you will need to update the first name to your full name, set the last name as "c/o Cards Connect" and fill out their address "24040 Camino del Avion, #A178, Monarch Beach, CA 92629" then click "Add to Cart."
  5. Finally, review your order details to ensure you have the correct quantity, card selection, and address then proceed to Checkout and fill in your payment information.
