Leads

Leads are updated multiple times a day. Expired listings, Cancelled listings, Withdrawn listings, and For Sale by Owners (FSBO) are included on this list.

You can filter and sort the Leads list in a number of ways:
By using the primary  FILTER button at the top left of the panel. You can select the county, and set your default filters like minimum price, show/hide leads without phone numbers, and create and enable a custom zip code filtering list. This is also where you can set your click-to-call dialing software.

You can also filter the list using the corresponding input boxes at the top of each column, or by clicking on the individual filter icons for each column. you may also sort by a column by sclicking on that column's header name.

A variety of actions can be performed on leads, either individually or by selecting multiple using the checkboxes on the left. These actions include:

 Info Window
Clicking on this button will open a full screen display of property information for the corresponding property.

 Add to Favorites
Favoriting a lead removes it from the list and adds it to your Favorites list on the Follow Ups page.

 Add to Drive Map
Adding a lead to drive map adds it as a location on your Drive Map

 Sleep for 24 Hours
This will hide the lead from the list until the next day.

 Permanently Delete
This will permanently delete a lead from your list forever, and cannot be undone.

Multiple selection: Select one or more, or select all using the top check box, and the  ACTION button will appear. Click on this button for a list of actions to perform on all selected leads.
