Radius Search

The Radius Search Dashboard is where you can request and interact with lists of properties surrounding a given address.

You can request a new Radius List by clicking on the Request button at the top of the panel. This will reveal a pop-up form for you to input the property address. Once submitted, the list will be added to the Pending Requests panel until available. Typical turnaround time is one business day

To select an existing list, use the dropwdown at the top and select the list by name. This will populate the list view and allow you to perform a series of actions with each address:

For addresses that have phone numbers, you can click-to-call. The buttons correspond to either home or mobile numbers. Some addresses may have multiple numbers associated with them.

To add or view notes for an address, you can click the Note button.

To view the address on google maps, click the Map button.

To search the address on zillow, click the Zillow button.

To add the record as a contact, click the Add User button.

To hide a record for 24 hours, click the Sleep button.

To permanently remove a record from the list, click the Delete button.

List Actions can be performed on the selected list by clicking on the Action button at the tope of the panel. If you click on this button, a dropdown includes a options to export a mailing list or to delete the list.

You can also search the list using the search input by typing in a name, street address, or phone number.
